3. Nature of Services

3.1 We act as facilitators and consultants for licensing, registration, documentation, and legal advisory matters. We assist Clients in preparing, verifying, and submitting applications or legal documentation to the relevant government authorities, regulatory bodies, or courts, as applicable.

3.2 No Guarantee of Approval. While we exercise due diligence and professional care in every engagement, the grant, approval, rejection, or timeline of any license, registration, or legal outcome rests solely with the concerned government authority, regulatory body, or court of law. We do not guarantee approval, a specific outcome, or a specific timeframe for any application, registration, or legal matter.

3.3 Processing timelines mentioned on our website or by our team are indicative estimates based on general experience and may vary depending on the authority involved, completeness of documentation, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation required for the Services. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or legal consequences arising from incomplete, incorrect, or false information provided by you.

4.2 You are responsible for promptly responding to requests for additional documents, clarifications, or signatures required to process your application or matter.

5. Fees & Payment

5.1 Service fees will be communicated to the Client in advance, either through a quotation, invoice, or agreement, prior to commencement of work.

5.2 Government fees, statutory fees, stamp duty, or third-party charges (if any) are separate from our professional service fees and shall be borne by the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3 Payment terms, including advance payments and milestone-based payments, will be specified at the time of engagement.

5.4 Delayed payments may result in suspension of ongoing services until dues are cleared.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

6.1 Since our Services involve professional time, documentation effort, and third-party filings, fees paid for work already initiated or completed are generally non-refundable.

6.2 If a Client wishes to cancel a service before work has commenced, a refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any administrative or processing charges, as determined on a case-by-case basis.

6.3 We do not offer refunds for government fees already paid to statutory authorities on the Client’s behalf, or for delays or rejections caused by the concerned authority.

6.4 For specific refund or cancellation requests, please contact us directly at the details provided at the end of these Terms.
